However, it’s no secret that we all love a man dressed up in a suit or tuxedo, but what’s hotter than your man in a tux? YOU, wearing a tux.  Yes, the normally masculine style is now socially acceptable for females to wear.  “From Marlene Dietrich in the 1928 movie ‘Morocco’ to Yves Saint Laurent’s 1960’s ‘Le Smoking’, the tuxedo come to symbolize the potency of a woman who dares to blur the gender divide” (Elleuk.com).  For a more casual look you can pair a white blouse or button down with a black blazer and skinny jeans to complete the ensemble.

Rihanna is joining the Style Network to work on a new reality series called “Styled to Rock”. This show will have twelve designers and their mentors who style A-list celebrities every week and one by one they will get kicked off based on their performance. “I am so excited to partner with Style Network and share my creative insight with these 12 designers and give them this opportunity to showcase their work” said Rihanna. And we definitely will look forward to watching it!

Trends: it’s going to be a WHITE Christmas

It’s okay to wear white in the fall and winter. No, I’m not in the wrong month, I’m well aware that it’s after Labor Day.  Forget abut the old rule, it’s all about breaking the rules this season; it’s the perfect transition from summer to fall and winter! Everything from white coats, to sweaters, to pants has been seen on the runways. You can layer and mix and match ivories, creams, and whites with different textures and fabrics to create a comfy and casual look.  I’ll admit I was slightly skeptical of the winter white look, mainly because we’re all lacking those beautiful tans from summer, but accenting with whites or creams is another simple way to wear this trend if you’re not feeling as bold.

There’s Gonna Be A New Royal In Town

…and I can’t wait!!! Yes, I was one of those people that texted everyone she knew and stalked Twitter for updates. How does this relate to fashion? Modern, royal, gorgeous, stylish woman gives birth to baby with an unlimited clothing budget = fashion news. Finally, someone’s gonna kick Suri out of the tabloids! If you’re not sure what I’m talking about, well, that was a very long nap you were taking.

And let’s be honest, the Duchess will still rule the best-dressed lists. I mean, this is how she looks leaving the hospital after four days (I hope I look this good on my wedding day.)

As for the baby’s clothes, undoubtedly, its socks will cost what half of my closet is worth.
